***I had an issue with my water heater and called Metro at 1:00 in the morning. Chuck called me back within 15 minutes. He explained what to do until the next day, but when I could not shut my water off he came over and took care of that and examined the problem. The next day he came an installed a new tank and found a hole in my pipe and took care of that also. He not only did a great job and cleaned up, but he is a wonderful young man and knows how to treat his customers. I will call him again and have and will continue to give recommendations to Metro Heating and Cooling! Thank you Chuck!!

 

***”Black Friday” — the day after Thanksgiving, and about the only day I have off for weeks. I called the main number, which is an answering service, who paged Chuck for me. Chuck called, and I explained that i might need to have my radiator system bled off. He showed up within the hour, as he promised, and he fixed the system really fast. He explained how to watch the pressure gauge in the basement (yeah, I really didn’t know how), bled off the entire system, and warmed up my house like it had never been before. There aren’t enough superlatives for this efficient, clean, knowledgeable, just-plain-nice guy. I recommend this company without a moment’s hesitation.

 

***Had Metro replace my furnace and AC. Very careful, punctual, and followed up with an issue with the AC unit. Would recommend highly.

***After being overcharged and lied to about repairs from another company, Metro came in and fixed everything for half the price.
